NovaBytes were recommended to Total Control Security by the Homeless Project Scotland (who also had a new Business Telephony/VoIP solution installed by NovaBytes) back in 2021 when they were looking for a new phone system. They have remained a loyal customer and, since then, have also taken on IT Support for all their staff, been through an i-map to Microsoft 365 migration and also a Cyber Security audit and implementation.

The challenges the TCS management team were facing with their current comms solutions were quickly established in a Teams meeting.
