If you have one or more locations we will come and survey your network and computer equipment in order for us to get a full understanding of what will be required of us and how best we can support you.

We will then put an agreement in place that details support levels and hours of support being provided. We’ll then make sure you know exactly how to use our service.

After your initial introduction we will start working with your staff whenever they have any support requirements. We will communicate with them via WhatsApp, email and phone; depending on our agreement and whichever is easier for them.

Active monitoring is then a huge part in making sure your staff don’t spend any unnecessary time away from their work. We’ll monitor your solutions so we know in advance if anything should be wrong with services such as Microsoft.

Whilst we’re working together we will regularly provide you with It-related suggestions that will help with both the productivity and security of your business.
