5 Steps to better unified communications

Our 5 step process has been utilised during hundreds of successful Unified Communications projects.

Initial Meeting

NovaBytes will sit down with your team and understand the challenges you’re facing with your current solution, your plans for the new solution (which we can help you devise) and how your business operates. We will come away from this session with the information we need to begin scoping.

Scope

With the information we gained from the initial meeting NovaBytes will scope your new solution. We’ll include all the features and functionality you will need and then make sure you are happy with the plan.

Build

Once Scoping has been signed off we will begin developing your new Unified Comms solution. It won’t take long but we will provide you with updates along the way. Once we have finished building the solution we will start testing.

Test

Once the development of your new Unified Comms solution is complete we will begin the testing phase. This will involve use-case scenarios that we determined in the scoping phase and that you and your staff can be involved in to make sure everyone is happy.

Training and Ongoing Support

Shortly before your new solution is in place we will provide you with full training on how to use it. We also won’t just leave you but will provide you with ongoing support for whenever you have any questions.
